Every project starts with listening to residents, neighbors, local leaders and partners. Once we learn everything there is to know about the community’s needs, only then will we pull out our tool belts.

Simple but impactful.
We take land that’s donated, overlooked, or underused, and turn it into a real community resource. That might look like converting an old school, reclaiming a vacant lot, or breathing new life back into an abandoned property. All our projects are totally unique, developed with the specific needs ofthe surrounding community in mind.
CHOICE Center
The CHOICE Center was a significant milestone for our organization. Its 37 units and full-service campus were designed to support aging in place. At the time, no one thought we could get it done. But we did—and today it’s a vibrant, thriving community.
The CHOICE Center includes:
